Nice recipe, I love this method. On a normal day, I know the one dried with smoke not this pattern. I think this is easier to get your bole done.

Yes this is a very unique pattern. Not everyone knows this one. But I will advice that you use aluminum foil to wrap the coated plantain. I don't have the foil right now that's why I didn't use it.
It's a very simple style I leant a long time ago as a student. And you know the smoke pattern Is not so healthy to the body.
