Good morning everyone, I hope today will always be blessed no matter what I do. I start every morning a new beginning. Be enthusiastic and stay enthusiastic. As usual, friends. Today I went to school at 07:20 am. Usually I go to school at 07:00 in the morning. Today at school I have 2 subjects, namely biology and sports or often called physical education.

The initial subject for entry is Biology, and the final subject is sports/physical education. Every time I go to school I always don't bring my cell phone. I have also told a story about when I went to school without bringing a cell phone because my grandmother did not give me permission to bring a cell phone to school.

The most fun thing was that during sports class time, the sports teacher today took one class to play outside the school. I don't know either because today sports subjects are not playing in the school yard. Today the teacher took our class to play sports outside the school house. If I had known sports subjects were outside the school house I would have definitely brought my cell phone and asked my grandmother for permission to take some pictures during sports class time😆.

The teacher took us 100 meters from the school house to a tourist spot that was not very popular. This sports lesson was really fun because the teacher took us out of school. My teacher said, "Sports class time is 11:00 in the afternoon. So what this means is that the teacher took us out to exercise while we spent time going home. Because the time for sports class was 2 hours, after sports time we went home together.

My classmates and I were very happy to be able to enjoy sports lessons outside of school. Luckily one of my classmates brought a cellphone, I asked permission to capture some pictures of myself while the sports class was in progress 🤣. Then the clock reached 13:00 in the afternoon, which meant the sports class was over, the teacher asked our people to go home. Today is so cool to have fun outside the school house, you know.

Tired is tired, but you can still be enthusiastic, hehehe, coming home from school was so relaxing because the last half day really took away the energy of exercising outside the school house. After coming home from school, I made several more assignments based on the questions given by the teacher today. This includes Biology and Physics subjects.

I answered the questions given one by one, About Physical "Doing physical activity, and we can do it at any time, Home is a public place, School is a place of work, and checking health every 6 months, such as checking blood pressure, checking blood sugar, checking stomach circumference, checking cholesterol. That's what I mentioned in the questions given by the teacher.

Learning is a must, especially according to me at the moment, education must be at the highest possible level. At the start of a good afternoon I use myself up to have breakfast in the afternoon. I don't know why today I'm not in the mood to eat, but my grandmother always forces me to eat breakfast.

I then enjoyed breakfast in the afternoon even though my stomach was not very hungry. This is for my health so that my body has food to grind. Today's food menu is very delicious, cooked by my grandmother's family.

There is fried chicken and side dishes that are healthy for the body. After I have breakfast in the afternoon. At 17:00 in the afternoon, I could enjoy resting and lying down in bed. That's my story today, friends.
