Much of this kind of info has gotten more difficult to come up with than it was in 2017 - 2018 and you wouldn't be likely to turn it up on Google or DuckDuckGo orf any such.
What I recommend for Internet searches dealing with controversial topics is a Russian search engine called Yandex:
Russians don't seem to care whose feelings might be hurt by some aspect of reality, that's the main difference.

Laura Silsby claimed to be a missionary from Idaho who was apprehended with associates trying to frog-march 33 little Haitian children from Haiti to the Dominican Republic without any kind of papers. You'd be correct to surmise that you or I would be in prison for about a thousand years for that but, wonder of wonders, the US state department manages to obtain their release for time served after a couple of months.
In fact it doesn't violate any law of physics or anything like that to believe that somebody at State might have noticed that two or more Americans were sitting in a Haitian jail and decided that didn't look good and determined to remedy the situation, but you'd think the person doing that would be some GS-11 or 12 government worker and not Hillary Rodham Clinton.
Nonetheless, Wikileaks releases showed numerous emails flying around between Hillary and a number of her friends, Abedin, Podestas, the usual crowd...

That much of the story is not in doubt. And it doesn't take Sherlock Holmes to put the rest of the story together from that and ordinary simple logic.
Why would ANY American be in Haiti trying to move young (images seen around 2017 indicated 4 - 8 year old) children from Haiti to the DR?? Could it have something to do with DR being a short motorboat ride to Epstein's island??
Similarly, why would a British prince be flying back and forth to the Caribbean for (relatively) ordinary fatcat/teen sex that he could get anywhere in London forthe asking??Or could it be that whatever that wanker was getting on that island was a great deal fancier and worse than ordinary fatcat/teen sex??
Fatcat/teen sex was certainly there on that island for such of the clientelle as wanted it and you might could imagine that the islands client list would include two or three super perverts who actually wanted five and six year old kids and not teens, but thirty three of them??
What evidence seems to suggest is that the little dark-skinned Haitain kids were not being brought to the island for perverted sex, but rather for pagan ritual and child sacrifice such as you read about in the Old Testament.
Another aspect of the story that was turning up around 2017 was the claim that FBI divers were following drain conduits from the island out to where they emptied into the Caribbean and were finding the bones of young children. Some sources seem to have put substantial effort into denying those claims but the story has not gone away:

What the evidence suggests is that whoever was orchestrating this gargantuan international blackmail scheme wanted something so ungodly horrific that even democrats could not spin it, and that both Clintons were heavily involvedt.
Watching congressional hearings and other mainstream media coverage, you could get the idea that all that was ever involved was fatcat teen sex, but that appears to be ridiculous.
