You will get EOS tokens on the EOS blockchain once the crowd sale is over next year. You need to make sure you've registered your tokens with an EOS public/private key pair (wallet) before the ICO is over, though--that is where the actual EOS will be de deposited when it is. If you don't do so, you won't get any actual EOS tokens.
