The story of the German Enigma code is proof that even when an encryption is extremely difficult, its not necessarily impregnable. With sufficient motivation and dedication, heavily encrypted messages can be broken and that is why this contest is promising 50 Steem as reward.

This will be the toughest cipher i have tried to decode and still can't get an answer. Feels so frustrated though but i await an answer at the end of the contest. Looks like the key is impossible to get.
