I understand your view point but the fact the auction messages are broken english at best, i come to the conclusion its scammers of some kind not the multibillion dollar NSA. Please be rational before you explode into a fit of paranoia. Imagine if the devs were to react as explosively to events like these... Rational calculated thinking solves problems also read the clues. Clearly not the NSA or any government as they would pay for someone who could speak the language in which they use perfectly.
