Bitfinex lowers all balances from customers with 36%

After the hack on Bitfinex, the company has lowered all balances with 36%. They do this to spread the loss. The platform is back online, but only in read-only mode. More functionality will be back online step by step next days.

Bitfinex will communicate later how the 36% is calculated.

All customers need to set a new password and re-activate two factor auth.
