thanks for your comment hobgoblin. they withdrew up to equivalent of USD $14.6 million (based on ETC/USD of USD2.0)
Currently this 7.2 mio ETC have been transferred to another account and it is sitting there. This could be a Sabre-rattling exercise or perhaps they are just waiting a day before the vesting date of the Hacker's DAO ETCs at month end to dump and kill the price then. Now that would be priceless.
