Who Will Win, the Bulls or Bears?

We've been stuck in a consolidation pattern for weeks now. BTC does not want to break below $6.45k (and Litecoin refuses to break below $110). Yet we are making lower and lower highs and we are nearing the apex of their two consolidation triangles. Who will win? We should find out by thursday.
