HitBTC sucks! At least I got my SmartCash out.

I am very disappointed with this exchange.

I have used several exchanges by now and I must say that this one is the worst one that I have used so far. At least for what I was trying to do, this exchange is the worst.

1. In order to withdraw EOS there is a 3.7 EOS fee. I only bought like 2.6 EOS as an afterthought because I wanted some of them, come to find out that you have to pay 3.7 just to transfer them off of the exchange... that is like a $25 transfer fee...

I think I could stop there but there were many other frustrating things about HitBTC.

1. Two times in two days I could not transfer off some type of crypto that I wanted to because of "technical maintenance" . This alone would not be that big of a deal but added to the other things is a bit frustrating.

2. When you try to buy in the HitBTC exchange, there is no button that lets you "buy the max", you have to do the math yourself. Then when you get it all figured out, and have just enough to cover the whole thing and their quoted fees... The system says "Insufficient funds"

There is no way of knowing how much of anything you can actually buy with your funds available so you just have to keep on guessing, and then you get so frustrated that you start skipping chunks of numbers and by the time you get your transaction to go through you end up with small bits of excess crypto that you can't do anything with.

I know that these are all long run on sentences that may be hard to follow... but I hope that by now you understand my frustration.

I will not be using HitBTC again unless I have to.

At least I was able to get my 1099 smart cash out into my private wallet... I have been wanting these smartcash for quite some time, and I think I got a really good deal.
