Development Updates

Not that much is happening with the game right now and I am in "automatic-grind-mode" myself playing just 10 minutes daily also still running my community while mostly using the Passive Crypton that I earn to buy more exclusive skins and export some of them. There was a 2nd Update post on the Singularity Group Website (Link) and all the projects they re working on which summarized with Chat GPT says:

1. Mobile Minigames: The collaboration with Save the Children was successful, with sales from an in-game pet going to their programs. Future collaborations and the highly anticipated UBI Programs are being planned. Community feedback has been considered, and improvements such as patch notes, exclusive skins for legacy NFTs, bug fixes, and auto-assignment for Metaverse Plots have been implemented or are in progress.

2. Hot Reload for Unity: The Hot Reload service is now available on the Unity Asset Store as a Unity Verified Solution. It has received positive feedback, and over 1,000 new licenses have been created. The Hot Reload Team participated in a virtual industry event, attracting over 600 visitors to the Hot Reload Unity Asset. The service aims to fund current and future projects.

3. Long Covid Watch: The Long Covid Watch website is live (https://longcovidwatch.org/). Led by long-haulers, the project seeks effective solutions for long COVID symptoms. They plan to conduct larger-scale trials and gather more statistics. Positive results may lead to support from government and health officials for clinical trials.

4. The AI Show & Projects: The AI direction serves various purposes, including funding, marketing, brand awareness, and networking opportunities. The show gained significant media attention and was featured in a video by Sabine Hossenfelder. The Custom AI Solutions website has been launched, and the Visions page will focus more on AI. A partnership with play.ht has reduced costs for AI voices. Recruitment of AI professionals is underway for future projects.

5. Focus on AI: The focus on AI aims to build familiarity and expertise in AI and explore its potential. However, other projects like the game and PRPS/DUBI are still being worked on. Restoring the DUBI buywall is a high priority aligned with other projects.

New Game Updates

Not many updates to the game and for me personally the entire metaverse building is kind of broken making it nearly impossible to manage my plots and assign Hero NFTs properly. In order to see the plots I need to go into the blockchain building first (which is a bug they know about), My NFTs are not showing, The active scholarships also aren't showing making it impossible to see which NFTs are assigned and which not. In the map also none of the plots that are owned by players are shown.

I already reinstalled the game which didn't make a difference and the one thing left to do is to check if it is also the case on my ipad. Basically I'm just waiting it out for now as eventually it should get fixed on the next big update hopefully.

In the CoS Pro's discord, the devs also are sharing some news at times. There was a roadmap with an entire to-do list what they are working on (Link) and a screenshot was also shared on that the nex combat stats building will look like which will make things more clear similar to the recently added pet guardians building

Also nothing changed to PRPS and DUBI with the buy-wall now down for 9 straight monts with no hope for this to change anytime soon. PRPS and DUBI are still burned daily from deals that are being bought on https://shop.mobileminigames.com/.

The general downtrend pretty much continues even though it feels like things kind of have bottomed. There is also no ream complaining or fudding by the community right now since Crypto, in General, has been in a downtrend last month.

Personal Clash Of Streamers Game Progress

I'm still playing daily trying to increase my passive Crypton earnings and building my community in anticipation for the game get back into player expansion when the problems are fixed and advertisement starts again.

I'm now above level 300 but I'm highly limiting my expenses in the game mostly just re-investing the cryton I'm earning. While it's hard to actually promote the game right now, anyone who wants to understand how to potentially earn should check this article (Link).

Conclusion

It still kind of sucks to be a Mobile MiniGames player right now as the neglect toward the game and the economy isn't close to coming to an end anytime soon from what it looks like. Long-term however, I still have good faith that the buy wall at some point will be back which should lift all prices and earnings to a level where it was worth to keep going during these hard times.
