He said nothing of substance, be careful. This is just an ICO, they actually don't have to deliver a product. They will just let the project fail and claimed they failed. They will use the money and run it as business expense, and refund whatever money is left over. Then legally they are covered, I have seen this in silicon valley many times. Good luck trying to prove this in a court of law. Be careful!!!!

Quite a few assumptions in this with no evidence otherwise. I have personally seen a ton of code, etc they have produced.

Banking and writing code are two different things. Coding a wallet is not the same thing as a banking license. So where is the legal framework, or is that a company secret also?
If you want to be taken seriously show us some legal proofs not some softball interview. I'll be the first to back arise bank if they showed something.
@cryptoride softball interview?? real nice.... You sound like you are into this stuff deep and good for you, but without folks like me trying to learn it and learn it for others like me your retail and regular consumer market, which is the biggest market for all this stuff, is slim. Its "softball" because most of us are at that level outside of the geeks. Be kind.
