what if a decentralised virus is created or some kinda..malware.. whldn't that shutdown the whole processing of the Internet..? Coz no one can stop it..

Haha.. no worries about that. I guess you probably meant what if there are programming bugs or vulnerabilities on the decentralized platforms? Indeed that's a huge problem so security is very important for decentralized apps programming. That's why there are projects like Quantstamp and @hacken trying to mitigate these problems
