TronFAQ Bot: Checking the Address for Activation

I have added the check to the "!check" command for TronFAQ Bot (both discord and telegram), so that when the address is valid but inactivated (which doesn't appear on the chain yet), it will print correponding message.

To activate a TRON wallet, simply send 1 TRX to it.
