Libra on CMC

Facebooks Libra digital currency has already made its way onto Coinmarketcap without any listings, price or data. This does seem to contradict cmc's supposed listing policy.

This also raises questions as to how exactly the currency will work and how exactly it will operate. Recently Vodafone joined the list of companies to leave libra. Big companies are constantly leaving Libra and one can only imagine the reasons.
