BTC/USD TIME TO BUY

According to expectation yesterday, it is now ripe to buy btc/usd and target 12,200. our line has been broken with a strong bull candle signifying a bull show this week.
i am some what confident since i am not judging from technical only but from fundamental and sentiment. ( big news and event all around crypto and investors are very and more bullish now.
