Extradition for crypto regulations in Dubai

With all the new crypto laws in the UAE, I am worried about some of my past projects in other jurisdictions. Could a country request my extradition if they claim I operated an unlicensed exchange before moving here? Does the UAE consider crypto-related offenses as serious enough for an international warrant?
