Crypto + Gaming = The Future
Epic says it's "open to games that support cryptocurrency or blockchain-based assets" on its store, unlike Valve, which has prohibited titles that use blockchain technology or NFTs from Steam. When we asked if games incorporating NFTs would be allowed, Epic said there would be some restrictions, but that it was willing to engage with "early developers" in the "new field."
According to Epic, the games would have to follow financial regulations, be transparent about how the blockchain is used, and have acceptable age ratings. It also states that developers would not be able to accept cryptocurrency through Epic's payment service; instead, they will have to use their own payment methods.
I see nfts as the future of gaming. It brings a lot of benefit to gaming not just money but security too.
I completely agree. Coming from a gamer myself, I plan on really sinking my teeth into these games.
I am just worried about the scams out there
