no, you don't. Anyone can write Freewrites. We see what the future brings but when all this Steemit/Tron nonsense is over and hopefully we still have a strong blockchain, the communities might be able to have perks that we can only dish out through the community. Right now, the perk is that your post - if a freewrite using the prompt -gets resteemed to the Freewritehouse and we try to upvote from the community account and the Freewritehouse account.
But we have always been and will be inclusive. However people can participate, we are happy.
The writeup in the prompt was just for some people that did a lot of complaining about communities without understanding that there are some that have lots of rules and such... Not us :)
