ETH "flash crash" @GDAX
Hello Steemians!
I am not an expert in crypto markets and charts, but after I found out about what happened at GDAX today I decided to post here for first time, and hear what do you think about the whole situation. First of all, I want to tell you it took me like 5 minutes to find the right chart showing the dramatic drop of the ETH price all the way to 10 cents. I look at Polo, bittrex, nothing there until I check GDAX ETH/USD market chart. Here it is a snap I took showing the massive crash:
Apparently some one bought about 3800 Ethers at the lowest prices, even a $0.10 buy order got filled. After buying all this coins sold at $300.00 when the price bounced back, making about a million dollar profit in only one minute.
I hope I did well explaining briefly what was this situation about, I am still learning how to write and blog properly. Keep that swag guys!
