Why would Mediblock, MED not be a complete success?

They meet all the requirements for a good chain. One, all the medical databases used to store patient info could be combined into one big trusted database distributed globally to record patient information. For now, each medical department has a separate database, centrally storing the pertinent info, of patients, needed for their specific department. So info needed for one department is not needed for another department. So the program will need to be queried in an open architecture way, with a tool palette, giving the medical team the ability to customize what info will be generated for them relating to the benefit of the patient.
The one big database would help medical staff to work together. Also it would eliminate third parties. Trusted inner organizational networks allow collaboration, a shared trusted database. Once the big decentralized database is created then smart contracts can be written to it.
Medi block is hoping the medical industry will be convinced of the potential of the blockchain and adopt it. But they face a battle because the medical teams require different information based on their discipline. There are many departments of the medical world that need specific information and no one department uses the same patient information. This is the challenge MED faces to incentivize the medical world to adopt the use of one big database. It is a coders challenge though, to offer a separation of info into its appropriate channels for the medical team to format or add to.
MED, an Etherium token, is at 3 cents at the time of this writing. It can be used to pay for medical expenses such as insurance deductibles. One key issue is laws, such as the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ,HIPAA, that enable the centralization of health records and prohibit the sharing of said data. The team behind the Mediblock project guarantees that the platform is fully compliant with HIPAA. Both patients and providers will be compensated for their contributions into the ecosystem, and patients will be able to use the tokens to initiate routine medical transactions such as pharmaceutical and insurance payments, with those partnered with Medibloc. Great idea for a chain in theory in practice they need to get computing. If the medical field does adopt this idea then then Mediblock would gain a considerable market cap.
