It angers me though. Same damn cycle every time. Fanatically eager investors drive price up at an unsustainable rate that leads to corrections, dips and crashes (in the short, medium and long terms respectively).
Why can't we just have slow, steady, sustainable growth? (My Triple-S growth fantasy.) But that would be making life FAR too easy, wouldn't it?
