This sounds a bit dodgy. I checked on http://badbitcoin.org/thebadlist/ to see if this was listed as a scam. They have qoingrow.com listed there as a ponzi and I can't possibly fathom how you could get 1:1 free BCH just for depositing BTC.
Please be very careful here.
If something sounds too good to be true it usually is.
