If my calculations are correct. But i had 0.02 and then 0.0089. I don't know how I could have made a mistake. But I'm no expert. Maybe I could smuggle some from Ukranian ATM :)
Here you can cash out for 1-2% in USD or to a card in local currency. I'm almost not using ATMs at all. I'm getting rates from the Russian service bestchange.ru for online exchange to fiat.
