The concept of CarTaxi is to integrate all towing services in a one application. The concept is get a positive feedback and become successful in Russian market and it ready to escalate in global level.
In my own opinion the concept of CarTaxi is closely alike as what Uber and Grab is executing. With an app, stranded vehicle owner can find the nearest towing services operator in a tap of a finger. While the price of service may varry on location and time.
