Yes I have. I used my old Samsung Galaxy S4 and even on Bytecoin it only gets 10 H/s on average. It has to be on the charger the entire time, so I doubt it is worth it. I used my S7 Edge just out of curiosity and it averages 18 H's but I don't want to chance burning up the phone I use daily.
