Cryptopia has been fine for me with the exception of the LTC markets being closed. They announced they will have a separate exchange for LTC in the future but don't know when. If you have coins that were only traded as a LTC pair, you can't trade them at all until some imaginary point in the future. The BTC market on Cryptopia works with no issues.
