Where did the tethers go?

Binance has moved their tether funds around once again.... they seem to be moving them around ALOT lately.... starting to feel like shell games. 3 weeks ago they had almost 800 million tether, a few days they were down to 600 million tether..... now they are playing shell games with tether?(from all i can see, no reason to move tether this often)

Another largish bitfinex cold wallet withdrawl on their BTC cold wallet.

Can also see their ETH holdings diminishing.
