BlockCAT is a project that makes it easy to for the average person to create reliable smart contracts without programming knowledge for ridiculously low fees.
It's still in its early days but the BlockCAT team already managed to create some alpha smart contract tools, this shows that they have dedicated themselves right from the start.

One could also argue that it still needs mass adoption.
But from an investor's standpoint, you should know that "it's too late to make big profit when a Blockchain project reached mass adoption ".
