I have been watching USI TECH for some time now. They are working towards developing a full eco system and they seem to be moving closer to their goal.
The new whitepaper is one of the better ones that I have read and even though one can never be 100% sure in this new arena, I do feel more confident in this one.

Pre-ICO tokens are available to members until 1 March where they will be made available to the public.
