Ethereuem classic market on fire

i woke this morning to check out poloniex to discover a huge rally on ETC up over a 100%. i immediately took what little ether i had i and bought and sold making a quick profit of $15 in 5 minutes cool. :)

Not exactly sure what's driving this rally maybe more knowledgable crypto-enthusiast can inform us.
