Does anyone have recommendations for the best platform to track cryptocurrency market prices for the various currencies?

I'm new into this world and I'd like to have a solid resource to see the spot prices of the various currencies being talked about. This will help me see what factors influence prices and I can start to understand better this economy.

    +1 for coinmarketcap. Also, cryptocompare has a portfolio feature that lets you keep track of your specific investments.
