storj.io a scam?
so an hour ago they gathered $29MM and few minutes it went down to $26,7MM
anyone knows what happened?

perhaps exchange rate fluctuations?
today's exchange rates are not that bad, so i dont think it would be a $3MM difference but maybe im wrong
I am a farmer in Storj and I would sy there is something quite unusual in Storj Labs.
They pay us every month for hosting files for the users. That payment is in a Counterparty token called SJCX. As Counterparty works over the Bitcoin, and there is that huge pool of uncinfirmed transactions, we are still waitng for payment.
They have just announced that April payment will be merged with May payment on the new token
It is not their fault all of this, but that coudl have been seen beforehand.
There were also some curious price movements on the day payment was expected. That was observed by some other farmer, so I cannot point to it.
The CEO has stepped down and now Storj Labs is managed by its founders.
Quite disapointed by the company.
Don't think it is a scam, as we have been receiveing our payments and they have really send the transactions for the April payout. But not a serious one, neither.
Do you still farm with Storj? I am curious if it is still up and running or if they have customers.
No, I don't. I stopped farming when first payment was done in the new STORJ Ethereum token.
