I don't think so. It is only just the beginning. Bitcoin is like gold at the moment and it's good to diversify your portfolio into Altcoins. Only invest what you are willing to lose.
My top 3 coins to invest that I reckon that are safe are:
- Bitcoin
- Ethereum
- Steem
Do your own research and keep investing in Steem!
I believe we are in a massive bubble at the moment with BTC at least. I hope I am wrong but, even if this bubble pops Cryptocurrency is here to stay I think. It is the next evolution of money.
We are just getting started! Lots of countries are in debt, look at US, Australia and etc. Government, all they do is increase the middle-class tax more and hope for the best to solve the country's budget. Now, they see cryptocurrency a threat and join in the action when they can. I hope this will solve the countries debt and corruption as well.
Japan, Korea, India are making it mainstream now hence most countries will follow too.
I agree with what you are saying and I do hope that it does help people relieve the pressure of the government. But for the small community dealing with crypto now, i think it will reach a limit with what they have to put in. that will be the small bubble busting but then it will become main stream.
