A Small Increase Today — A Market Analysis
After the nice gain of more than $24 billion USD we saw yesterday on the market we are still increasing today but it slowed down a bit.
Total Market Capitalization:
Today we started in the day with no real movement except some smaller ups and downs. Midday we can see a huge fast dip of nearly $20 billion USD total market capitalization only to fast increase the same amount a few hours later followed by a slow an steady increase over the last couple of hours. Adding this all up we see an increase of more than $3 billion USD today, from nearly $407 billion USD total market capitalization 24 hours ago to nearly $410 billion USD total market capitalization at time of writing:
Dominance (Percentage of Total Market Capitalization):
Following this dominance charts for the past several months it seems like Bitcoins dominance grows quite substantially in times the market isn’t doing great. On an increasing market like we see lately Bitcoins dominance seems to decrease while those of altcoins seem to rise.

Despite the small increase we see today we are able to spot seven red numbers in our top 15 chart with the worst performing Cryptocurrency in it being once more EOS [EOS] today with an decrease of nearly 5% over the course of the last 24 hours followed by Cardano [ADA] with an decrease of more than 3% today. Best performing Cryptocurrency in our top 15 chart is NEM [XEM] with an increase of nearly 7% today followed by VeChain [VEN] with an increase of more than 4% today:

Best performing Cryptocurrency in our top 100 chart, measured by their market capitalization, is Zcash [ZEC] today with an increase of more than 22% over the course of the last 24 hours followed by once more Kin [KIN] with an increase of nearly 21% today:

Reflecting the increasing pattern we aren’t able to spot a single double digit decrease in our top 100 chart today with the best performing Cryptocurrency in it being Ontology [ONT] with an decrease of more than 6% over the course of the last 24 hours followed by Mixin [XIN] showing an decrease of nearly 6% today:

this is real analysis in figures and tables. bitcoin has remained the most valuable cryptocurrency for a long while. but i didnt see any update on how well SBD is faring. am curious about our community currency
