In this current situation, everyone with enough STEEM Power can kinda "silence" you. But let's say the situation improves , I certainly think that people want this freedom, but also a lot of people don't really care. I think that it might take a lot more time for average users to appreciate the freedom.
Interesting. There will most likely never be a 'one-website does all'. It will be interesting to see how few internet safety nets we will need in the future. I'm curious to see if the communities that go off-grid (energy and governance) can power themselves without any traditional fiat dependence whatsoever.
