Mainly by making these posts and using excel. On days like today when there is terror and panic, I'll be buying up some altcoins for the HODL. I have some favorites that I may add to more in the future and if I see any of these coins start rocketing up I may also add. Trying to keep a long term (5 years is long in crypto I think) view on these coins. The hardest part will be stopping myself from selling for loss or profit.
