A lot of negative reviews on poloniex. I just had to move my investment to bittrex during this last dip. Their customer service is almost non existent. I guess that's part of the reason they disabled the trollbox so people can't bring in complaints as they usually do.
Good call! Bittrex is probably one of the best, most responsive exchanges with a lot of good Alts
