I really appreciate your comment.If I was that guy, I would bring any supporting evidence to an individual or agency to fund the recovery and split the BTC because even 25% would be worthwhile. I agree with you though, can't blame him. Just kind of surprising, even from back when with no idea how this would develop, that a hard drive containing a digital asset would be disposed of. Face palm...
