I am hoping it does, but I am not sure at this point of time. Yes it can certainly can be the catalyst to something great.
You are right to say that at this point of time market is being driven by emotions and there is lot of pent up energy in there. FOMO psychology is perhaps more significant in short term than realistic market forces.
