I'm not too sure maybe or simply if the whales can't get in they'll find another ICO they can and leave this alone. In my option whales are good for price increase when you let the masses in that's when price ends up going below ICO when it hits exchanges coz noobs cash out quick.
Thank you for your comment. 0x have partnerships with great projects: Ethfinex, District0x, Augur and Melonport. It's nextgen for exchanges (faster and safer). Whales know that and they are often the ones that cause dumps.
