What is epigencare?

Epigencare is the first biotech company to utilise it's skincare on the blockchain. They will update it's consumers new profile so that skincare companies can target product that match their needs.

How do they do it?

They have developed a personal epigenomics test, rather than taking a sample of saliva. It's because it's easier to measure the levels of methylation on your DNA, which are responsible for the key functions of the skin. They send a test package to you so that you can take the test, then send it back, so that they can measure it in a library preparation. They have over 6 billion skin patterns, so they can find your correct skin by measuring: age, firmness, elasticity etc to determine your skin pattern. Once that's done, they will show you the results on a database, which shows you what skin products you should get to solve the skin problem.

Their Web platform project

The epigencare team is also building a Web platform so that skincare companies can buy their tokenized data, to determine your skin using their blockchain. They also use it to target consumer segments with new or existing products. Companies that are using epigenics are:

L'oreal, clinique, Lancôme, neutrogena, etc.
