How to disable 2FA on Liquid Crypto Exchange

Purchased new phone and have to disable 2FA on old Phone first.
Liquid informs have to contact Support Team but can only get Q&A.
Also:
Your message wasn't delivered to service@quoine.com because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail.
Any ideas
