I asked this during the live-stream probably 1,000 times... No replies and I'm starting to believe that it was just a gimmick to bring new viewers to their Steemit account.

They are doing giveaways via twitter for the live-streams, just not for being a follower in Steemit.

I might be wrong but until I get a reply I'm assuming it's not happening.
