You spent much of your time thinking about the decisions you made to invest in cryptos and regretted not selling out some days, weeks, months back so you could invest later instead of having it depreciate in value in your own hands.

But worrying won't solve the problem and you will end up depressed as most people who do not understand the trend in cryptos are right now. So how do you prevent yourself from killing yourself with worries? It is to engage your mind in productive adventures.

First thing you should realise as a blockchain enthusiast is that the true value of blockchain is not the value of the cryptos but what the blockchain can do as a technology. To it is important you invest not just money into blockchain but also invest yourself, your time, your skills into cryptos.

Go out and learn something today. Anything you ever have interest to learn to sharpen your interest, make YouTube your friend. YouTube, Cousera, Edx, Udemy and many others are learning platforms that offer free courses or almost free courses in almost anything.

Well said lordjames. Meanwhile I have already completed two courses on Coursera in Python. And still trying to excel in that. Increased typing speed to 55 wpm. Indeed internet and technology is a boon!

That is super, love to hear such commitment. You will excel.
