100$ to 1 BTC challenge
Here I am, trying to write my own "I bought Bitcoin at 40 cents"-story. The crypto world is a wonderful world where anyone can invest and trade. It's the new American Dream. Having 100$ to spare, I decided to start a challenge : get 1 BTC before the end of August (two months from now), only with this initial investment. Here is how I plan to reach this goal.
1. Rewards
I admit that it will be hard to get a +2700% return over two months. That's why I need to get coins from another source. Since I have pretty decent developer skills, I will try to get rewards in ICOs. It's a good way to get shares without having to invest real (well, digital) money. However, I know how ICOs are, it's a tough world. I don't want to be a bounty hunter. I will invest and work only for solid projects.
Can you show me the beta version ?
In fact, even if ICOs are not reliable, the important thing is that they are listed on an exchange. Then it's possible dump assets quickly before the price drops. But this is a bit risky, and I don't want to help two guys in their garage creating a coin out of air. What I would prefer is to hold on my investment, and think long term.
When I get some rewards, I will sell a part of them, to get some liquidity, and hold the rest. Rewards will be at least 50% of my goal.
2. Investment and trading
By investing in ICOs and buying other coins, I hope to inflate my wallet slowly but steadily. Hopefully, I will get the right coin and make it explode. If you have any tips, feel free to comment ! As I said, before, I'm more into long term trading. Since I don't have much time and skills, I can't do day-to-day trading.

3. Steemit and other sources
I love writing, and sharing this experience will help to get my ideas straight and get some advice. If I plan to buy some shitcoin, I hope steemians will get me back on track. Maybe Steem can get me the extra 0.0001 necessary to reach the Bitcoin.

I admit, I'm investing time - learning about this Steemit thing, not money. Today I learned that you were following me, so I followed you, and saw a post when I went to follow you (the one about speaking French, I do)...then I started looking elsewhere and was interested in this post that, coincidentally (or not, there are algorithms, I know) was from you!
Steemit is not a simple system. You travelled a long path to find this post !
By the way, I may translate this article in French now that I have found the French section.
