Weiss Ratings, grants Steem the B- rating.
Today, Weiss Ratings published the first Crypto coin valuation report. None of the coins on the Crypto Market received a rating of A. According to this assessment, Steem receives B-. This is an excellent result for Steem. I mentioned that only 5 coins were rated B. The coins that received B are: Cardano, EOS, Ethereum, Neo, Steem. The majority of the coins were rated C. Among the coins rated C are Bitcoin, XRP, Monero, Dash, Litecoin.
Rating interpretation is:
A - excellent
B - good
C - fair
D - weak
E - very weak

Excellent news!
I believe that Steem is much more prosperous than most other cryptocurrencies because it provides a real value - while Bitcoins are mined by powerful computers solving otherwise usefulness algorithms, Steem is mined mostly by people posting enjoyable/informative/thoughtful content and discussing with other people. It is also much more stable since you can't sell everything you have even if you wanted to.
