    Yes, but I can´t upvote everyone everyday, because my voting power would be 0 very fast and nobody would earn a single cent with my votes. Im trying to always upvote back my biggest supporters and of course if I like content Im upvoting it nevertheless who is the author. And as you can see, my commenters are always receiving an upvote of me too. - Followed and upvoted
