Greatest part of doing something is doing something else sometimes.
No matter what you do on daily basis, it's always better to do something else.
You will always hear tips to stick with what you do best.
That's like the biggest bullshit in the World.
If you would stick with what you do best, you would be still playing with LEGO.
No matter what you do, you need to spice it else you'll get bored and lose interest.
Because in every period of life, you are good with something else.
Doing something you actually don't know is what's moving you forward.
Today, I though I would go through data like I usually do for last 3 months. And I though myself, f**k it.
I though myself not gonna roll through new data I've received in last week.
And I did. I've skipped the "weekly data analysis" and went to day 1.
But instead of rolling through data, I've made scripts to analyze the data by different aspects and by taking it as one package, not just daily/weekly increment.
I didn't earn million $ doing this. I didn't even earn $1 over what I usually do.
I did figure out few mistakes I've made in pattern of my "daily human analysis".
But most of all, I've got out my shell, jump over daily "monotony".
Yes, you need to focus on certain niche to master it. But the niche, business model, competiton, everything change rapidly.
By focusing on what you do best will help you master something which is obsolete tomorrow.
1 skill is never enough. One niche is never enough for selfdevelopment.
Do what you do best. But never without looking around. What's best today is insufficient tomorrow.
