VeChain is a really great project with payment system objectives. The project and it's ideas were so good, it actually deserved to be in top 20 and today it is.

Chinese are normally very conservative and like sharing ideas and finances within their countrymen. So I think this was a Chinese reserved ICO but at the end of the day it had to become decentralized because it is a cryptocurrency.
